Today we made the drive from Bangkok to Pattaya, and what a change of plans it turned out to be! Originally, we were heading here because a friend of Noi’s was supposed to join us. Unfortunately, she had to cancel last minute, and we couldn’t cancel the hotel reservation. But as they say, every cloud has a silver lining—this meant Noi and I got to enjoy two nights at the luxurious Aiyara Palace for free!
The hotel is absolutely stunning, with spacious rooms and all the comforts you could ask for. Sometimes, these unexpected turns in plans work out even better than expected. We took full advantage of the luxury and decided to relax and enjoy our little getaway.
In the evening, we treated ourselves to an all-you-can-eat dinner at a nearby restaurant. The food was amazing, and there’s something so satisfying about indulging after a day of travel. Now, after a delicious meal, we’re just taking it easy and soaking up the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.
